报告题目:Partial duals of ribbon graphs and recent related works
摘要:The concept of partial duality was introduced by Chmutov as a generalization of the notion of geometric duality of a ribbon graph. Unlike geometric duals, a partial dual may have a different Euler genus than that of the original ribbon graph. Consequently, Gross, Mansour and Tucker used this concept of partial duality to define the partial-dual (genus) polynomial, encoding the Euler genera of all partial duals of a ribbon graph. In this talk, we report some of our recent works on partial-dual (genus) polynomial.
报告人简介:颜棋,兰州大学副教授,硕士生导师。2020年毕业于厦门大学(导师为金贤安教授)。2018年9月至2019年9月在澳大利亚莫纳什大学访学一年。主要从事带子图和delta-拟阵研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目各一项。目前在Forum Math. Sigma、J. Combin. Theory Ser. A、European J. Combin.、Adv. Appl. Math. 等国内外高水平数学期刊上发表学术论文。

报告题目:On the degeneracy of planar graphs
摘要:A graph G is k-degenerate if every subgraph of G contains a vertex of degree at most k. In this talk, we discuss the degeneracy of some graphs. In particular, we show that for each fixed integer k∈{3,4,...,12}, planar graphs without k-cycles are 4-degenerate. The result is best possible in the sense that for each integer k ≥ 13 there exists a planar graph H without k-cycles such that δ(H) = 5.
报告人简介:王艺桥,北京工业大学数学统计学与力学学院教授、博士生导师,主要研究领域是图的结构与图的染色。在J. Graph Theory,SIAM J. Discrete Math.,European J. Combin.,Discrete Math.等期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇。主持国家自然科学基金优青项目1项、面上项目2项、青年项目1项,参与中韩国际合作与交流项目1项。获教育部自然科学二等奖1项。现任中国运筹学会图论组合分会常务理事,中国数学会组合数学与图论专委会委员,中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及应用专委会委员。

报告题目:On the symmetry of token graphs
摘要:Let G be a graph with n vertices. For 1<k<n, the k-token graph of G is a graph with vertices the k-subsets of V(G) such that two k-subsets are adjacent whenever their symmetric difference is an edge of G. In this talk, we shall introduce some of our recent work on the symmetry of token graphs.
报告人简介:周进鑫,北京交通大学金沙娱乐场 教授,博导,国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者。主要从事对称图论研究。在组合数学、图论、代数等领域权威期刊Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A/B, Combinatorica, European Journal of Combiatorics, Journal of Graph Theory, Journal of Algebra, Journal of Algebraic Combintorics等上发表论文100余篇。主持和参与国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项。
